Winter Training Camp 2018

   -This camp was the first opportunity to "own your success" as an        a distance runner.  This was a 4 week camp that met twice a week.        Focused on education and training.


2018 Track season:

What is a training camp?

 

Training camps are typically run during off-season and have the purpose of helping any level of athlete make a big gain in their performance.  The focus of these camps continues the same theme: own your success!


What will you get in a camp?  FOCUSED, SMALLER GROUP SESSIONS COMBINING TEACHING WITH WORKING OUT.   A custom water bottle.  sports and health nutrition for the duration of the camp, which is the same used by the coach every day.  


The yellow hat coach believes knowledge is power.  If he can teach you the fundamentals of running, that knowledge will carry you into the future to give you a better chance of success.  ultimately helping you enjoy all aspects of running from training, to core, to kicking butt in competition!
